Maximizer CRM is an integrated customer relationship management (CRM) solution suitable for organizations of all sizes across various industries. This solution can be deployed on both on-premise and in the cloud. Maximizer CRM features sales management, marketing automation, customer service and support and business productivity tools with integration with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
The solution's marketing automation application includes integrated campaign planning, email campaigns and marketing analytics. Users can target leads and customers and use list management capabilities to search and filter customer data by pre-defined criteria. Maximizer CRM’s sales management feature includes sales team monitoring with the help of measuring criteria such as close and abandonment rate. Customers and prospects can be categorized per region, time zone, products purchased and other measures. Maximizer CRM also includes business intelligence tools, such as built-in, customizable dashboards, and Excel, Web and SQL reports.
It is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and through an online knowledge base. Decent, but the older version is better Maximizer CRM is overall a solid solution for sales and customer service teams that want a single system to do it all. It's easy to set up, plus it's easy to search and filter for data.
Pros Great for customer service and sales team alike Comprehensive features for communicating with clients User defined fields make it easy to customize it to the way I work and create my own 'filters' Cons Tends to be a bit buggy: notes don't always save, some things take too long to load Emails don't look attractive and aren't easy to customize the way I want The previous version of Maximizer that used windows instead of tabs was better. I could see more information at once rather than clicking around. I think the Tabs layout takes longer to find what I'm looking for. Long time stand alone user I am a one man show and have been using several versions of Maximizer since the late 90's. For me, it was best when it was just on a local drive and did not have to be connected to the cloud. I don't need most of the latest features that keep getting added.
Pros My favorite feature is the ease and speed of recalling a contact name and all of the past jobs history when searching a first or second name. I store all notes and contact information which is great for reviewing many years later as an anecdote reminder when my path crosses with an old contact again. Cons Since Version 10 which suited my needs, Maximizer has gone to the cloud which is dead slow at times and crashes 2-3 times per session requiring me to log out, then log back in.

Too many feature creepers have been added that I don't need, don't want, and they have just slowed the system down at times to a crawl. Having to 'renew' a license every couple of years to be able to continue using it is a pain for someone like me who has built a huge data base so am committed to have to stay. Organize, Automate, Delegate! With Maximizer Overall, my experience with Maximizer has been a very good one. The training provided is very good and Maximizer staff are very helpful in customizing the program to suit our needs.
I appreciate the live chat feature. Pros I appreciate the ability to use Maximizer as a system to keep track of my business pipeline, strengthen my compliance adherence and provide better ongoing customer service. Cons Because of it's robust nature, it takes a few training sessions to fully understand all that is possible with Maximizer. Maximizer for Business Users Pros The best feature of Maximizer is the fact that I can make notes regarding a client so I am up-to-date when calling them back. I can note which of my services will help them gain more leads in their business. It's a win/win situation.
Cons In the former Maximizer program, the name of a client you wanted to reach out to on a certain date would pop up on your screen on the date and time you planned. This software doesn't have that feature. I wish they'd bring it back because it makes life a lot easier.
Well rounded software Pros I find this software has many aspects which makes it more appealing the biggest are the ways that it integrates with Word, Outlook, Quickbooks and other apps. All the information you need is in one place - emails, tasks, communications, contact information. Cons The software has taken some time to learn. I don't find it so easy to modify the User defined fields.

In the past I have needed to do some digging to figure out what icons meant what and also how to modify fields.
